Well, it’s been a busy start to the year for ICS-digital and ICS-translate! With plans for growth across all teams, we’ve had some brand-new positions opening up.
We’ve kicked off 2021 with success and our hiring plans for the coming months are even more diverse and wide-ranging than last year’s. Since January, we’ve grown our PR, Projects and Content teams, welcoming new Digital PR Executives, Project Executives, Editors, a Content Strategist and a Technical SEO Executive.
As we expand, we are mindful to keep our core values at the forefront of everything we do and that includes recruitment. We maintain an inclusive approach to hiring and promote a welcoming, transparent culture within each team and across the wider company.
We’re in the process of scaling up all services and although we have already filled additional positions to support this, we have bigger and better plans for the rest of this year.
We’re working hard to expand our Digital PR offering and as a result, we’ve created several new positions on the team. At the moment, we have entry-level roles as well as managerial openings planned. It’s a really great time to be joining, to be directly involved in the development and progress of this service as we take it up a notch.
On the Content team, we currently have an opening for a Copywriter to work on a range of content formats, covering financial topics. This position involves an interesting mix of creativity and in-depth analysis of financial trends, including subjects such as forex and cryptocurrency.
We also have some brand-new Data roles and we’re looking for a Data Analyst as well as a Junior Frontend Developer. Both of these positions offer a great opportunity to be directly involved in implementing creative campaigns from the ground up.
ICS-translate is also continuing to grow and right now and we’ll be hiring later in the year for a Translation Project Manager. With an increasing number of clients and markets, the translations team have an energised outlook for 2021, and this role offers an exciting chance to be a part of this.
