Vendor Recruitment Executive
As a Vendor Recruitment Executive, you'll work across a variety of exciting service lines and industries, hiring freelance talent to support our drive for excellence
The role:
- Permanent, full-time
- Salary: £23,400 - £27,000 (depending on experience)
- Hybrid-working
- Proactively utilising all available sourcing channels to identify and recruit candidates for freelance
- Maintaining a full understanding of our services across all areas of the business, from SEO to translation
- Negotiating with confidence to hire at competitive rates and in line with industry standards
- Coordinating appropriate testing and screening calls with service managers and candidates
- Managing time effectively in a busy, fast-paced environment, providing regular progress updates on all recruitment priorities
Requirements:
- Proven experience and knowledge of the language services industry
- A clear communicator, with the ability to liaise with people at all levels
- Impeccable attention to detail
- Great presentation skills and interpersonal abilities
- Results-oriented, with the ability to work under pressure and towards tight deadlines
- Strong decision-making abilities
- Proven time-management skills
